When the list runs into the hundreds, the floor switches to series. One approved design, every piece engraved with its own name, category and date straight from your spreadsheet, and the whole run finished by your event date.

Acrylic: cast, 1/8" and 1/4"
Cast acrylic, not the cheaper extruded kind. It's clearer, it engraves with a crisp frosted finish instead of a melted edge, and it holds its shape over the years. We cut it in 1/8" or 1/4" depending on the size and presence the piece needs.
Printed on Roland, engraved on xTool
Every piece is printed and engraved in our own shop, never sent out. Logos and color go through our Roland, so the brand comes out in its exact shades on every piece of the run. Names and details are engraved on our xTool laser.
Every name, checked twice
A misspelled name can't be fixed on stage. Before anything goes into production, we send you a proof of every final design in the order, piece by piece, so you can check that each name is spelled right and sits under the right category and design. Nothing is made until you approve it.

FAQ
How much does a custom award cost?
It depends on the size, the material and how many you need. A single plaque and a set of two hundred trophies are very different jobs, and per piece, a set costs less than ordering one at a time. Send us the quantity and a rough idea, and you'll have a quote within 24 to 48 hours.
How long does it take?
Once the mockup and the name list are approved, orders of up to 20 awards ship within 20 days. Larger orders take longer, and we give you an exact timeline with your quote. Design and approval move as fast as you do: send everything at once and we get to production sooner. Tell us your event date upfront and we plan backwards from it.
Can you do a rush order?
Often, yes. Tell us the date and we'll tell you whether the floor can make it before you commit.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One piece is a job we take. For large ceremonies, a few hundred pieces is routine here.
Can you design it for us?
Yes. Send a logo, a sketch or a reference, or just describe the event. Our team draws the first concept, and you see a mockup before anything is made.
Can every award have a different name?
Yes. Names, categories, dates and titles are engraved or printed per piece, while the design stays the same across the set. Send the list as a spreadsheet and we handle it from there.
What do you need from us to get started?
Your logo (vector files if you have them), how many pieces, your event date, and the list of names if it's a set. We take it from there.
Which material should I choose?
Acrylic comes in solid colors or printed in any color you need, so it's the natural pick for full-color logos and custom shapes. Wood gives the award weight and a more formal look. Plaques can be made in acrylic too. If you're not sure, tell us about the event and we'll recommend one in the first concept.
Can we reorder the same award next year?
Yes. We keep your files on record, so next year's awards match this year's. Send the new names.

Yes, free anywhere in the USA. Every piece is packed in its own box with foam and shipped with tracking.
