Bring the idea, not the spec

Some jobs do not have a category. Something nobody has built before, or the same thing in nine places over a year. Either way, you do not need to arrive with a finished drawing or a material list, that is usually the part that stalls a project before it starts. Tell us what it has to do.

1.0 IDEA · 2.0 METHOD · 3.0 PRESENTATION · 4.0 THE RUN · 5.0 DELIVERY & REORDER

It has happened before

What this looks like when a brand actually brings us the problem.

1.0Bring the idea

You do not need a drawing, a material list or a set of dimensions to start, that is our job, not yours. A photo of the wall, a count of the locations and what the thing has to do is enough.

YOU SEND → A PHOTO, A COUNT, A DEADLINE

2.0We work out how it gets made

Someone who runs the floor decides which stations the job touches, what it gets built from and where the risk sits. You hear all of that now, before you have committed to anything.

WE SEND → HOW WE WOULD BUILD IT

3.0You see it before it exists

How it will look, at the size it will be, in the place it goes. On a job that repeats we make one first, the real object built the way the run will be built, because screens hide what you only notice holding the thing. On a one-off that cannot be prototyped, a fourteen foot piece being the obvious case, you get the presentation instead.

WE SEND → THE PRESENTATION, OR THE FIRST PIECE

4.0The run

Once you have signed off on what you saw, the rest is scheduling. Ten identical pieces for one client is one job, not ten. That is what this floor is built for, and it is the reason a serial run costs less per unit than the same pieces ordered one at a time.

WE HOLD → COLOUR, TOOLING AND FILE ON RECORD

5.0Delivery, and the order after that

The piece leaves here finished, packed and ready for whoever puts it up. The file stays on record afterwards, so a reorder matches what is already on the wall instead of being worked out again from scratch.

YOU GET → A REORDER THAT MATCHES THE ORIGINAL

No catalogue, no limits

Built exactly as you picture it, once or a hundred times. There's no catalogue limiting what your idea can be: the shape, the material, the finish, all of it is open. What changes from job to job is simply how many times it needs to happen.

THE ONE-OFF

Exactly as you imagined it

You've got an idea that doesn't fit anywhere standard, maybe it's not fully formed yet, maybe you just know the feeling you want it to have. What you need isn't someone selecting from what's already available, it's someone who can take what's in your head and build it the way it actually should look.

THE ROLLOUT

The same, wherever it needs to be

Once your project has to show up in more than one place, what matters most is that it never looks like it was made twice by two different shops. What you need is somewhere that holds onto every detail: the file, the colour, the exact finish, so it lands the same way in every location, without you having to check.
