Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SVN ART LLC (“SVN ART”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit svn-designs.com (the “Site”).

This Site is a portfolio and enquiry site. It has no cart, no checkout and no payment processing. If you buy from us, that happens through our store or through a payment link we send you, and the terms of that purchase are covered separately.

1. What we collect

Information you give us when you write to us:

• Your name and the email address you want a reply at
• A phone number, if you choose to leave one
• What you tell us about your project, in your own words
• A file, if you attach one, usually a logo or a piece of artwork
• Which page or ad you came from, so the right person answers

Only an email address is required. Everything else is optional, and leaving it blank does not stop us from replying.

Information collected automatically while you browse:

• Browser type and version, device identifiers and time zone
• IP address
• Pages viewed, portfolio pieces opened, and which links you followed

2. How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and quote your project
• To understand which pages and campaigns bring people here
• To keep the Site working and secure
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

3. Who else sees it

Your enquiry passes through the services that carry it:

• n8n, the automation service that routes your message to our inbox
• Google Workspace, where our email lives
• Vercel, which hosts this Site and stores an attached file until we retrieve it
• Google Analytics and Meta, for the browsing data described above

We may also disclose information to law enforcement where the law requires it.

4. Cookies and tracking

This Site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. What each one stores, and how to refuse them, is set out in our Cookie Policy.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights over the information we hold about you.

If you are in California (CCPA):

• The right to know what we collect
• The right to ask us to delete it
• The right to opt out of the “sale” of personal information, which we do not do

If you are in the European Economic Area (GDPR):

• The right to access, correct or erase your data
• The right to object to processing, or to withdraw consent
• The right to data portability

To exercise any of these, email customerservice@svn-designs.com. We do not require a form, an account or a reference number.

6. How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry as long as the conversation it belongs to is useful, and for record-keeping afterwards. Ask us to delete it and we will.

7. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

8. Minors

This Site is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will remove it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above reflects the current version, and continuing to use the Site means you accept it.
