Part A · Using this site

1. Definitions

• “SVN ART”, “we”, “us”, “our”: SVN ART LLC.
• “Site”: svn-designs.com and its subdomains.
• “Custom Product”: anything manufactured to your specification.
• “Order”: a confirmed purchase request, made through any authorised channel.
• “You”, “your”: the person or company using the Site or buying from us.

2. Intellectual property

Everything on this Site (designs, photographs, logos, text and code) is owned by or licensed to SVN ART LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or republish any part of it without written permission.

Client logos and finished work shown here appear with the permission of the companies that own them, and remain their property.

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Upload malicious software
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or to anyone else's data

4. Third-party links

This Site links to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, their terms or their policies.

5. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Part B · Ordering from us

This Site does not take orders or payments. These terms apply when you order through our store or through a payment link we send you.

6. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By doing so you confirm you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

7. Orders and payment

• Everything is made to order. An order becomes final on confirmation and receipt of full payment.
• Payments are handled by third-party processors. All transactions are subject to verification and approval.
• Quoted prices exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.
• You receive an email confirmation with your order number and a summary.

8. Custom products

By placing an order:

• You agree the design and content are final and approved by you.
• You confirm you hold the rights to any text, image or material you provide.
• You grant us the right to photograph the finished product for our portfolio, social media and promotional use, unless you ask us in writing not to.

We may refuse artwork that:

• Includes copyrighted material without permission
• Is discriminatory, offensive or inappropriate
• Does not meet technical or safety specifications

9. Production and delivery

• Production usually runs two to six weeks, depending on the product and the quantity.
• You receive tracking information once the order ships.
• Risk and ownership transfer on delivery to the address you gave us.
• Delays outside our control, like weather or customs, do not qualify for a refund or cancellation.

10. Returns and refunds

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must email customerservice@svn-designs.com with the order details and the reason.

SVN ART covers return shipping. On inspection and approval we refund the full amount to the original payment method, or make you a replacement.

Slight differences in colour or material texture are normal on a handmade custom piece and are not grounds for a dispute.

11. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before pursuing arbitration or legal action.

12. Changes

SVN ART LLC may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with the date above, and continuing to use the Site means you accept them.
