1. What You Are Purchasing

The SVN 3D Sign Gift Card includes a personalized physical acrylic card and a unique digital code loaded with credit redeemable exclusively for 3D Sign projects on svn-designs.com.

The physical card is a premium representation of the gift; the actual value is stored in the digital code.

2. Credit Usage

• Valid only for 3D Sign projects produced by SVN Designs.
  
  
• The credit is applied to the total order amount.
  
  
• If the project exceeds the gift card value, the recipient pays the difference.
  
  
• The credit cannot be split into multiple orders or converted to cash.
  
  
• Cannot be combined with other promotions unless authorized by SVN Designs.
  
  
• Not valid for Neon Signs, Channel Letters, Trophies, Wraps, or any non–3D Sign products unless approved.
  
  

3. If the Project Costs Less Than the Gift Card Value

If the selected project is priced lower than the gift card value, the remaining balance can be used within the same order by adding extra units, variations (size, color, thickness), or product upgrades (lighting, layers, premium materials).

No remaining balance carries over to future orders. Any unused credit is forfeited once the order is completed.

4. Validity Period

Gift card credit is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Any unused balance after expiration is automatically forfeited.

5. Delivery of the Gift Card

Each purchase includes:

• Physical Acrylic Card: Personalized with the recipient’s name and message.
  
  
• Digital Code: Sent via email to the purchaser or the recipient, based on checkout preference.
  
  

SVN Designs is not responsible for incorrect names, messages, or email addresses entered at checkout.

6. Free Shipping Within the United States

The physical acrylic card ships free of charge to any U.S. address.

Standard shipping is included. Expedited shipping options may incur additional fees.

SVN Designs is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information.

7. Replacement Policy

If the physical card is lost or damaged, the digital code remains the official record of value.

• If the code has not been redeemed, SVN Designs can resend the same code or issue a new one at no cost.
  
  
• If the code has been redeemed, it cannot be replaced.
  
  
• A new physical acrylic card can be produced upon request for an additional manufacturing fee.
  
  

8. Personalization & Product Variations

Customers are responsible for verifying all personalization details before submitting the order.

Once production begins, no changes can be made.

Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of acrylic production.

9. Redeeming the Gift Card

The digital code can be redeemed by scanning the QR printed on the physical card or by entering the code at:

SVN Designs will verify the code before applying the credit to the final order.

10. Refund Policy

Gift cards are non-refundable once the physical card has entered production or once the digital code has been sent.

If cancellation is requested before production begins, a refund may be issued minus a 10% administrative fee.

11. Fraud Prevention & Misuse

SVN Designs may deactivate or reject a gift card if fraud, duplicate use, tampering, or unauthorized resale is detected.

12. Privacy

Personal information provided for the purchase (names, messages, email addresses) is used solely to produce and deliver the gift card.

SVN Designs does not share customer data with third parties.

13. Policy Updates

SVN Designs may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
