Refund & Return Policy


 

1. Custom Products

All of our products are custom-made to order based on each customer’s specifications. As such, they are not eligible for standard returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

 


 

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery in cases of dissatisfaction with the final product.

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 30 calendar days from the delivery date

  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging

  • The reason for dissatisfaction must be clearly explained (e.g., color inconsistency, size deviation, etc.)

If your return is approved, SVN ART LLC will cover all return shipping costs.

 


 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You approved the digital mock-up and the product matches it

  • The issue is due to customer error (e.g., wrong color choice, spelling mistake, or size provided)

  • You changed your mind after production began

  • Delivery delays caused by third parties (carriers, customs, etc.)

 


 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence of the damage

We will either remake the item or offer a full refund at no cost to you.

 


 

5. Refund Processing

Once we approve your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
