PART A – TERMS OF SALE

1. Definitions

  • “SVN ART”, “we”, “us”, “our”: SVN ART LLC.

  • “Custom Product”: Any product manufactured according to your specifications.

  • “Order”: A confirmed purchase request made through our website or authorized sales channel.

  • “You”, “your”: The customer purchasing from SVN ART LLC.

  • “Website”: svn-designs.com and all its subdomains.

 

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By doing so, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

 

 

3. Orders and Payments

  • All products are made to order. Orders become final upon confirmation and receipt of full payment.

  • We use third-party payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). All transactions are subject to verification and approval.

  • Prices shown on the website do not include taxes or shipping unless explicitly stated.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your order number and summary.

 

 

4. Custom Products

All orders placed with SVN ART are custom-made and manufactured specifically for you.

By placing an order:

  • You agree that the design and content are final and approved by you.

  • You confirm that you hold rights to any text, image, or material provided by you.

  • You grant us the right to use photos of the final product for our portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse designs that:

  • Include copyrighted material without permission.

  • Are discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate.

  • Do not meet technical or safety specifications.

 

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Production time typically ranges between 2–6 weeks, depending on order complexity and volume.

  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking information.

  • Risk of loss and ownership transfers upon delivery to the provided address.

  • Delivery delays due to events beyond our control (weather, customs, etc.) do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

 

 

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for any dissatisfaction with your product.

To qualify:

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • The customer must notify us via email at customerservice@svn-designs.com with order details and reason for return.

  • SVN ART will cover the return shipping costs.

Upon inspection and approval, we will:

  • Refund the full purchase amount via the original payment method or

  • Offer an exchange for a new custom product.

Note: Slight differences in color or material texture are normal and not valid reasons for dispute on a handcrafted custom item.

 

 

PART B – TERMS OF WEBSITE USE

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (designs, images, logos, text, code) is owned by or licensed to SVN ART LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any part of the site without express written permission.

 

 

8. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes.

  • Upload malicious software.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or user data.

 

 

9. Third-Party Links

Our site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or policies.

 

 

10. Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

  • The website and products are provided “as is”.

  • We do not warrant that the site is error-free or uninterrupted.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond the value of your original purchase.

 

 

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before pursuing arbitration or legal action.
